Job Title: ServiceNow - Generative AI Architect

About the Role:
This opportunity is for an experienced ServiceNow - Generative AI Architect with at least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, focusing on Generative AI integration. The role targets the Banking and Telecom sectors, where you will lead and evangelize AI-powered ServiceNow modulessuch as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assistto optimize workflows, automate responses, and deliver intelligent insights that enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions within ServiceNow tailored to Banking and Telecom clients.
- Lead the implementation of Generative AI applications, showcasing innovative ServiceNow use cases for optimized operations and improved customer experiences.
- Customize ServiceNow's Generative AI modules, including Now Assist, to meet unique client requirements and maximize functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, developing tailored AI models that integrate seamlessly with ServiceNow's capabilities.
- Develop advanced AI solutions leveraging OpenAI, large language models (e.g., GPT-4), and AI tool stacks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Provide strategic advisory services, guiding clients through complex AI transformation journeys and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and deliver thought leadership materials, including white papers, case studies, and presentations, to showcase the potential of Generative AI within ServiceNow.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing ServiceNow capabilities through Generative AI.
- Analyze and optimize client workflows using AI-driven insights to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in ServiceNow implementation and architecture, with recent experience in AI/ML integration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow's Generative AI modules (including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence), experience with OpenAI and large language models, and expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP tools like Hugging Face.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow-based AI solutions in the Banking and/or Telecom sectors.
- Advisory Skills: Strong client engagement and advisory capabilities, with the ability to guide complex transformations.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills to engage executive stakeholders in AI-driven innovation.
Preferred Skills:
- Third-Party Integration: Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with tools like CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Reporting & Analytics: Ability to develop custom dashboards and reports that leverage ServiceNow's AI functionalities.
- Continuous Learning: Up-to-date with the latest trends in Generative AI, OpenAI applications, and ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
