Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative CRM solutions that align with our business goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 architecture, integrations, and customization, with the ability to lead complex projects from conception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide end-to-end architectural guidance, best practices, and recommendations for CRM implementations.
- Design and integrate CRM with other business applications and systems using Azure services, APIs, and connectors.
- Ensure CRM solutions align with business objectives, scalability, and security standards.
- Mentor and guide development teams on Dynamics 365 technologies and tools.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8+ years in CRM solutions, including at least 5 years with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.
- Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, plugins, customizations, and SDK.
- Experience with integration tools like Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or third-party APIs.
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and governance in CRM implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines for CRM projects.
Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-600, MB-210, or equivalent) are highly preferred
