Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to maintain high-quality service and provide effective solutions based on your comprehensive product knowledge. Your role is crucial in interpreting client concerns and designing resolutions that enhance user experience and system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud infrastructure management. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cloud environments. - Experience in monitoring and optimizing system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMWare Cloud Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
