We are looking for support in our central application development, which is globally responsible for the development of online tools also related to our products of the Zimmer Group
As an Application Developer in our marketing team, you are dedicated to all developments of product selectors, finders and even complex configurators as well as other online tools within a multi-language and interdisciplinary production process
Tasks
Development of online and web-based tools and applications with high product relation of a wide and diverse product portfolio
Develop Product Finders, Selectors and even Configurators in close collaboration with our headquarter team in Germany
Develop for new technologies like WebGL, AR / VR and Mixed Reality
Always in close collaboration with the marketing unit in Germany and led by our Application Manager who is responsible for these concepts and the developing process
Help to optimize the workflows and processes together with the team to ensure an effective and agile development pipeline
Ensure very good code development documentation for a sustainable progression
Contributes to definition of global tool development standards
Creates workflow documentation of development process
Completed studies (Bachelors / Masters) in information technology or comparable field of study
At least 4 years of relevant programming experience, preferably from a service provider
At least 6 years of relevant experience in app development and workflow optimization, preferably from a service provider
Preferably having worked with international customers
Highly experienced with development of online tools and web-based programming especially Typo3 and WordPress
Experience with development in back-end systems like CRM and PIM as well as 3PQ or similar configuration systems
Very good knowledge of C++ and Java
Very good knowledge of SQL
Very good knowledge of scripting languages
Familiar with Microsoft O365
Understanding of the development agency landscape especially web-development
Proficient in English
German and any other languages are considered an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking and action, high implementation and result orientation
