- In this role, the incumbent will be part of US Consumer Marketing Analytics & Investment Services team. He / She will apply advanced analytics to drive acquisition & customer marketing campaigns & targeting strategy while optimizing for customer relevance and profitability.
- The role will focus on Banking, working closely with marketing ,Risk ,Finance to drive consideration, shape core business strategy to identify who we target and measure revenue generated working in close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Risk and other partners across BUs.
- This role requires candidates with analytical bent of mind and exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth data analysis to understand acquisition & customer dynamics and derive actionable insights to drive revenue for US consumer business.
- Evaluate impact on business of different strategies/initiatives and generate insights and recommendations.
- Closely monitor behavioral performance of acquisitions/customer channels and identify driving factors behind trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Product teams to plan and prioritize various initiatives.
- Continuously broaden and strengthen knowledge of analytical methods and tools to further evolve our analytical practices.
- Dealing with standard marketing performance metrics such as ROI, Cost per acquisition, efficiency yield etc

Minimum Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of relevant analytics experience.
- Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or finance combined with a masters or other secondary professional qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to drive results; self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in programming languages like Hive, SQL, SAS, Python etc,
- Proficient in MS Office especially excel and powerpoint.
