Description
We are seeking an experienced Airline Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the Indian job market and will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate ticketing services to our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for issuing, reissuing, and cancelling airline tickets for customers
- Ensure all ticketing procedures are in compliance with airline policies and regulations
- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and availability
- Assist customers with booking reservations and making changes to existing bookings
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions and ensure all paperwork is complete and filed appropriately
- Stay up-to-date with changes in airline policies, procedures, and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in airline ticketing or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using ticketing software and computer systems
- Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism or a related field (preferred)
