We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services
• Provide customers with accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and availability
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and cancellations in a professional and timely manner
• Process payments and issue tickets and other travel-related documents
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-4 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of travel industry software (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Fluency in English and one or more regional languages
