Skills and Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in air ticketing or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with airline policies and industry trends
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any field
