_Job Description:_
- _The ideal candidate must be a seasoned professional in either sales, marketing or customer/student/parent interfacing._
_High-energy professional possessing a strong sense of urgency with a strong performance-based track record._- _Develop strong understanding about the products & leverage those insights while communicating the information to the students & parents_
_Manage all leads in a structured manner while following up & closing those leads towards a better conversion ratio._
_Responsible for providing information, advice and support to the prospective students & parents over phone and in person._
_Relationship building with all Stakeholders (engage with TPOs, Coaching centers etc.,)._
_Create and nurture new agreement with channel partners with direct access to prospective students, other colleges, promotional platforms or events and so on._
_To drive the marketing activities that will generate the required leads and enquiries._

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in sales and admissions in a higher education environment
Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making efforts
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
Experience with international student recruitment is a plus
