- The Sales and Account Management role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers to promote the companys products (Probe42 Banking and Probe42 Business)
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and requirements, and offering solutions that meet those needs
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective customers
- Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the companys products, industry trends, and competitors

Qualifications and Experience:
