We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the jewellery industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and building long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-15 years of experience in the job market context of India and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the jewellery industry
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 4-15 years of experience in the jewellery industry
- Proven track record of success in account management and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours
