Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Crush quarterly and annual sales targets like a boss.
  • Craft and execute killer sales plans to drive our success

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture epic relationships with customers.
  • Be the go-to guru for key accounts, ensuring they're happy and stick around.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver solutions that make them go Wow!.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  • Become a walking encyclopedia of our SaaS products and services.
  • Wow prospects with dazzling product demos and presentations.
  • Pitch the unique awesomeness of our solutions to every stakeholder you meet.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends, market buzz, and competitor moves.
  • Share juicy market insights and client feedback with our product team.
  • Spot opportunities for product enhancements or new cool features.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Lead contract negotiations like a smooth-talking dealmaker.
  • Whip up proposals, contracts, and sales agreements that seal the deal.
  • Ensure all sales processes are smooth and compliant.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Team up with marketing to sync our sales strategies with awesome campaigns.
  • Work hand-in-hand with customer success to ensure our customers love us from day one.
  • Keep the sales manager and team in the loop with regular updates and reports.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
  • Any Bachelors Degree
  • 1-2 years of rockstar experience in SaaS sales, especially in the U.S. market.
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding those sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation chops.
  • A knack for building and maintaining solid relationships with customers and teammates.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to take on the world.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Organizational and time management skills that would make Marie Kondo proud.
