Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the US market. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and positioning our SaaS solutions as the ideal fit.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the US market to effectively position our products.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and be able to effectively demonstrate the value and ROI to potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track progress, manage leads, and forecast sales accurately.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges to the sales leadership team.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong emphasis on selling to senior marketing professionals in the US market.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Cultural Understanding: Familiarity with the US business culture and sales processes.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
