Job Description:

SafetyConnect is seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our expanding team. The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving the growth of our safety products. This role involves managing the sales process, from handling qualified leads to closing deals, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The Account Executive will be responsible for delivering compelling product demos, drafting and negotiating proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating closely with the sales team and company founders, the Account Executive will contribute to developing and executing strategies that align with SafetyConnect's mission to enhance workplace safety and compliance.

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Responsibilities:

  • Give product demos and present SafetyConnect's SaaS offerings to prospective clients.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline right from qualification to negotiation to closures and ensure target achievement in the designated territory.
  • Present our value-added SaaS offering to prospective customers.
  • Provide detailed business plans to meet sales goals and quotas.
  • Draft and negotiate sales proposals and contracts aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, expanding account value.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and company founders to align on sales strategies and client solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Explore new sales opportunities through networking and building existing customer relationships.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline while updating and tracking that in CRM.

Requirements /Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • 3-4 years of experience in an Account Executive role in SaaS/B2B.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and drive account growth.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the SaaS industry, trends, and technology changes.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement in sales techniques.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
