Job description
- Manage overall agency /client relationship providing strategic input while guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives
- Partner with clients to develop their digital roadmap for the short term needs and future aspirations.
- Provide strategic leadership for internal team on the client's business to ensure all work accurately matches business needs and client expectations.
- Help develop the digital strategy for the account by being actively involved in the work creating content and understanding the diverse set of tasks required to be successful.
- Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies
- Manage program execution and financial performance while ensuring that overall strategy is sound and on point.
- Establish rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives and strategy
- Prioritize & set expectations on key deliverables.
- Ensure work is client-ready by paying astute attention to detail.
- Recognize, work through and resolve conflict situations (internally and externally
- Use analysis to drive decisions in a way that yields sustained, measurable results.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to set goals and plan for future fiscal year(s),
- Ensures all Statements Of Work are documented, accurate, and implemented
- Coach, involve, and inspires the growth and development of managers and executives.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual should have a comprehensive understanding of:
Seven to ten years marketing experience (i.e. advertising agencies, brand consultancies, digital firms, client-side etc.) including three to five years supervisory experience
- Digital marketing agency experience a must
- Experience with site, app and CRM programs would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated client and team leadership ability, as evidenced by excellent track record of success with major clients and agency teams.
- Broad understanding of marketing disciplines
- Knows how to nurture and protect big ideas
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking you're strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clients
- Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes,.
