Academic Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic candidate for the postion Academic Counsellor to join QuintEdge team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with prospective students and counsel them to choose the best finance career path for them. No Telesales or cold calling job have to connect with prospective leads only.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to prospective students through various channels including phone calls, message & emails.

• Provide information about our institution's programs & admission requirements to prospective students and their families.

Guide prospective students through the application process, including assisting with completing application forms, submitting required documents, and scheduling interviews.

• Assist with organizing and attending recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.

• Keep accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track recruitment efforts using our CRM system.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in sales, business, education, counselling, marketing, or related field (Master's degree will be a plus).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role or a related field preferred. Mandatory requirement.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
