Role Description
This is a full-time role at Classo Edge located in Mananthavady, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Abroad Study Student Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students interested in studying abroad. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting students with the application process, conducting informational sessions, and providing advice on selecting the right educational programs and institutions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partner institutions and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in international education.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of international education systems and programs
Experience in student counseling or advising
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in English and a second language (preferred)
Familiarity with study abroad processes and requirements
Experience with CRM and counseling tools (preferred)
