Responsibilities:

1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining middleware software and platforms: Ensuring that middleware applications are set up correctly and function smoothly, especially WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache & Weblogic
2. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues: Keeping an eye on system performance and resolving any issues that arise.
3. Performing regular system upgrades: Ensuring that middleware systems are up-to-date and running optimally.
4. Developing and implementing optimization strategies: Improving the efficiency and performance of middleware systems.
5. Documenting configurations and processes: Keeping detailed records of middleware setups and procedures for future reference.
6. Collaborating with IT staff: Working with other IT professionals to design and implement cross-functional projects.
7. Providing technical support and guidance: Assisting users and other IT staff with middleware-related issues.
8. Ensuring compliance with IT security policies: Making sure that middleware systems adhere to security protocols.
