Our flagship virtual career fair, Aspire, was launched in 2021 to connect job-ready freshers with leading companies and help them find the perfect match. Over the past two years, it has become India’s largest recruitment event with over 40+ eminent hiring partners & 3 lakh+ registrations.

Eligibility
1. Who is eligible for Aspire?
College graduates and young professionals with up to 3 years of experience are eligible to apply.
2. I am in my final year of graduation. Am I eligible for Aspire?
Yes, students pursuing their final year of graduation can also participate.
3. I have a few backlogs/arrears. Can I apply?
Yes.
4. Do I have to apply to the companies individually?
Yes, once you’ve registered for the Virtual Career Fair, you need to apply to the desired companies individually.
5. When is the last date to apply?
The applications are open until 20 June 2024.
6. Can I apply to multiple companies?
Yes, students can apply to multiple companies after registering for the event.
7. What are the things to be kept in mind when I’m connected virtually to the event?
Please ensure that you:
i) Have a steady internet connection
ii) Are in a quiet environment
iii) Are dressed formally
iv) Keep your camera on
v) Keep your essentials (like a water bottle, pen, notepad, etc) nearby
8. How will the Aspire pre-assessment test help me?
The Aspire pre-assessment test will assess your performance through which companies can ascertain your skills and employability.
