Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.
  2. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  3. • Identify and assess customers’ needs.
  4. • Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of customer.
  5. • Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.
  6. • Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.
  7. • Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.
  8. • Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.
  9. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  10. • Go extra mile to provide excellent customer service
