intercompany transactions Cash Application preparation of balance sheet reconciliations coordinating meetings developing and maintaining positive relationships with all internal/ external stakeholders by strong understanding of their evolving needs expectations and perceptions bank clearing & reconciliation and other modes of receipts along with dispute Support and assistance in audit and other reviews (diligence etc.) Ability to drive follow through action points independently lead and collaborate with teams across India and across businesses i.e. Presentation revenue recognition cost accruals Productivity Drive governance results via evaluating key performance metrics (KPI?s) as well as achieving established service level agreements (SLA?s) Accounting for fixed assets Budgeting stakeholder relationships track and report changes/progress and conduct knowledge transfers and hand-offs between individuals / organizations / systems and interfaces Identify process gaps or improvement opportunities and provide measures for the same Month end activities problem-solving skills communication coordinating with business heads for information etc. Master data management and collection recognition (managing sales outstanding) employee engagement and compliance & risk etc. forecasting and MIS reporting of various functions Variance Analysis performance monitoring and transactional tracking etc. Project Management & Governance ERP systems and refunds management oral and written presentation skills ledger to sub ledger reconciliations Transactional & accounting experience trial balance analysis Record To Report (R2R) debt / borrowings amortization ability to govern your team efficiently and understanding performance expectation Procure To Pay (P2P) closing of general ledger process optimization initiatives automation Quote To Cash Query Dash Boards
