project bidding Preparing & Calculating quotations and Techno- Commercial Quotation prepare Manage and co-coordinating with ongoing sales projects and Manage in-house and client site demos. Preparing presentation for the meetings. Conferences Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts Gem portal Supporting marketing by attending trade shows Experience in GEM Preparing reports for head office Daily checking status of the bided tender Manage CEO and MD calendar Managing And Interpreting Customer Requirements tender submissions Establishing new and maintaining existing Exhibitions and other marketing events. E-procurement & Other private and govt. website Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs tender preparation Contracts Quotations EMD Review and prepare tender documents To search and download new tender Tender Document Handle vendor registration for new clients. ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications. adhering to tender deadlines and competitor analysis Should have working knowledge of EMD i.e of DD/BG/NEFT Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders relationships with customers Negotiating tender and contract terms Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region Client Coordination Maintain MOM (Minutes Of Meeting) for every meetings Have to handle other work assigned by management on time to time. Excellent in International client handling exposure Helping in the design of custom-made products Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions Traveling to visit potential clients Ensure timely submission of high-quality bids Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and support bid preparation and to reply on queries. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
