Tender contract management of which a minimum of 7 years experience in post-award contract administration with client facing roles Contract review insurances & guarantees to be submitted at the time of pre award or post award to ensure compliance with the requirement of the contract coordinate with representatives of other functional groups and other project and stakeholders bachelor degree mechanical or electrical overall experience post degree should be more than15 years Contract Negotiation experience in contract administration preferably in building design projects manage variations/ changes to the contract knowledge of indian acts & regulations applicable to construction contracts notices work towards development of procedures and best practices relating to contract administration Mep good interpersonal skills and ability to work at all organizational levels required competitive tendering working experience and a good level of understanding of mep design services /epc contracts strong oral and written communication skills required draft contractual letters response to clients time & cost claims knowledge of administering standard form as well as bespoke contracts
