Administrative Officer Opening And Vacancy

For someone who wants to take on the job of an Administrative Officer, s/he should be proficient in planning and organizing, drafting mails and notices and efficient in computer skills. Apart from knowing how to handle customers s/he should also know how to follow up on correspondence. S/he should also be adroit in handling banking matters. Managing office supplies stock and placing orders to keep them replenished is also her/his lookout. Preparing office budgets as well as regular reports related to expenses, maintaining company databases and updating them is part of their profile. S/he should be able to tackle queries by employees and clients alike and do so in a pleasant manner. Travel and accommodation arrangements also come under the candidate's purview. Preparation of reports and presentations along with data as provided to her/him and responsibility for getting the staff to adhere with office policies are also part of the candidate's key responsibility area. With a specialization in administration or Office Management & Coordination and/or Office Services, the candidate will not face any dearth of opportunities in this field.
