Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Dance Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance and fitness, a knack for motivating others, and the ability to deliver high-energy, fun, and effective dance fitness classes. This role involves leading group fitness sessions, developing workout routines, and providing personalized guidance to participants to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and effective dance fitness classes, ensuring a fun and safe environment for participants.
- Ensure classes are inclusive and adaptable to different skill levels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with class participants, encouraging regular attendance and fostering a sense of community.
