Project scope
- Migration of infra from traditional security platforms to Zscaler cloud-based platform.
- Resources are required to work in hyper care support team (telephonic / email / Chat support) which will involve handling deployment related incidents around the globe.
Skillset Required
- Sound knowledge on Zscaler ZIA and ZPA architecture preferably certified ZIA / ZPA
- Hands on experience or extensive training on Zscaler is Mandatory
- Windows Client OS Troubleshooting for Networking issues
- Installation and un-installation of softwares (vpn clients, antivirus etc)
- Troubleshooting vpn client software
- Good and professional English communication is must.
- Candidates should be willing to work in shifts
- L2 knowledge on firewall technologies
- Basic network switching
- Sound knowledge of vpn technologies
- Good understanding of network security
Location - Mumbai / Banglore
Shift Coverage - 24 * 7
