Available locations: This position is open to candidates in Brazil and India (Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune).
Responsibilities:
- Lead critical design decisions for the ZCU HW, balancing technical feasibility and tradeoffs to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Develop and release ZCU HW specifications based on Stellantis vehicle and subsystem requirements.
- Create and document HW-SW specifications, detailing design tradeoffs, diagnostics, and integration requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the ZCU HW and SW teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on design and development.
- Manage the technical roadmap and architectural runway to support future functional objectives.
- Perform technical analysis, leveraging expertise from HW and SW design teams.
- Provide architectural views that document the chosen solutions for communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in EE and/or SW design.
- Ability to analyze schematics, datasheets, processor and memory options, and automotive networks (CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet).
- Experience in requirements engineering and system architecture.
Preferred:
- Specialization in technologies such as ADAS, Infotainment, Cyber/Safety, microcontrollers (MCU), SOC, ARM architectures, or memory technologies.
- Experience with RTOS like Autosar, Linux, or QNX.
