Key Responsibilities:
- Cater to the functional training needs of the Sales team
- Conduct the training need analysis for the sales team and help the team in developing the required skills and competency in discussion with the L&D head and business head
- Design training modules (Online/ Offline) and conduct sessions related to products, equity market, debt market, MF, PMS, AIF, Debt & Derivative market for sales force and distributors to increase awareness
- Manage & execute training delivery for all segments as per the training requirements
- Prepare the Annual training plan and calendar for the sales force as per the organization goals
- Conduct Investor Awareness Programs (IAP) as per the SEBI norms
- Assist in non-training initiatives like new product launches, market updates and regulation change updates
- Design training modules and training content for consumption by Sales teams
- Conduct training sessions for the employees at various Axis Mutual Fund offices in the respective zone

What makes you a Great Fit
- A winning mindset and learning attitude
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 8+ years of experience in training or Sales, and good understanding of the mutual funds industry (Under graduates can be considered basis experience and other skills)
- Prior experience in training is not mandatory; individuals with experience in Sales with orientation and flair for training & coaching can apply
- NISM VA Certified (can be obtained before joining)
- TTT Certified (preferred but not mandatory)
- Should have facilitated various training programs for sales teams
- Well versed with MS Excel, Word & Power Point
- Good communication skills & and good understanding of the financial industry
- Ability, confidence and professionalism to convey information, both written and oral, clearly, concisely and persuasively
- Able to relate well to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired objectives
- Certifications in trainings will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Mutual Funds
- Open to travel for conducting sessions
