Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Zonal Trainer at REGENVO MOBILE PRIVATE LIMITED (VIVO) in Prayagraj. The Zonal Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for sales teams in the specific district zones. The role involves coaching and developing sales skills, product knowledge, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging within the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Sales Training, Team Development, and Coaching skills
- Product Knowledge and Brand Messaging expertise
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to strategize and execute training plans effectively
- Previous experience in the smartphone or tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or Telecom Industry
