Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the designated zone.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage and grow sales in the designated zone, including managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (PPIC, SCM, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to ensure effective order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
