Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a managerial role in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably 10+ years of experience in Generic Sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good geographical knowledge of the respective area.
- Team Management:
Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage teams of Sales Representatives.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and performance.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales And Marketing:
Manage the sales and marketing operations for promoting products and the brand as well as increasing the sales.
Drive sales initiative and manage the frontline sales team to achieve the business goals.
- Business Development:
Establish alternate sales channel to support business volumes.
Ensure business growth in line with the profitability metrics.
- Brand Management:
Oversee the implementation of brand strategies to enhance the company's brand presence and reputation in the market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand promotion activities.
