Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager.
Job Location: Rabale Navi Mumbai.
Office Timings: Monday to Saturday 10am to 6:30pm.
Experience Requirements: 4 to 10 Yrs in Sales.
Qualification Requirements: Minimum Degree or Master Degree in Sales or Marketing.
Job Description:
- Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales & Marketing in the assigned zone to achieve the sales objectives,
- To plan and strategize the sales and marketing activities for the assigned zone and act accordingly post approval from the top management.
- Ensure the achievement of sales target in the assigned zone.
- Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping check on monthly/ Weekly basis.
- Ensure satisfactory resolution of client / dealer queries and concerns in timely and weekly
- To develop and communicate product & system schemes and offers to the team and ensures its implementations.
- To align with the marketing team for organizing meets and conferences at zonal level for building a prospective client database.
- Identify the critical/burning issues of the assigned zone affecting sales & take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed.
- Continuously identify gaps & ensure performance management of the sales team & sales support staff.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Product Development, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the budget for sales and marketing activities within the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards, promoting integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
