1. Ensure profitable growth through effective planning & execution for both short and long term.
2. Interact with CEO/Chairman/Owners of Large Group Schools; interactions and building relationships with School
Principals, Management and Teachers to cater to the Schools through Ei Offerings.
3. Responsible for acquisition of new schools in the designated territory.
4. Responsible for revenue generation through upsell and cross-sell EI products to existing schools.
5. Key account management (KAM) of schools through relationship building and providing product consultation to key
stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students).
6. Negotiate with schools & ensure closure of deals
7. Responsible for writing proposals for New Schools regarding Ei Products and Services.
8. Responsible for Hiring and Managing Teams of Regional Manager.
9. Continuous Monitoring the achievement against target for the Teams in the designated Zones.
10. Effectively utilise EIs resources and coordinate with internal teams for excellent service delivery to schools through
effective territory planning
11. Organise seminars with the school principals and management in their respective Zones
12. Responsible for Partnerships and collaborations with Channel Partners in the Zone. Explore White spaces and expand
business.
13. Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team on Lead generation; Collaborate with marketing team to convert leads
14. Be cognizant of market and competitor intelligence. Share market learnings with relevant teams
