Ours being a Pharmaceutical Firm, main customers are Doctors. Products need to be made known to doctors in assigned Hospitals / Clinic, which are done by meeting the Doctors (i.e. Daily Calls) on appointment basis. The main aim will be to convince Doctors for our company products on product quality basis, so that they prescribe them. Team Handling and coordination

l) Collect market feedback on our and competitors activities
m) Updating of knowledge and skills for effective product promotion
g) 100% coverage of the customers as per the coverage strategy: extent & frequency
h) Ensure product availability
i) Implementation of the product promotion strategy and generation of prescriptions for
business.

m) Updating of knowledge and skills for effective product promotion
n) Record keeping and reporting analysis as per the policies and processes (individual as well as
team members) DCRs, Expense statements, Tour Plans.
o) Ensure Collections from the market & keep the outstanding under control.
p) Maintain confidentiality about Company's strategy, materials and property.
q) Team management, Induction & training management of team members as per the
planning & coordination with HO.
B. Sc/ M. Sc / B Pharm/ M Pharm
Experience should be above 10-15 Years in Pharmaceutical industry only.
More preference for Critical care Industry Experience Candidates.
