Job Description - Developing and Implementing Business Plan and Strategies within defined market segments
- Interactions with the Clients-new, existing to meet business objectives and Collection within designated Territory/Area
- Identifying Analyzing new Market Segments new channels
- To lead, drive, develop manage the sales team
- To effectively penetrate the market in line with the business expansion plan formulating strategies for the region.
- Development of Market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion schemes.
- Developing the sales force for higher responsibilities motivating them for achievement of targets
- Preparing monthly targets for various business units across region and allocating the same to the territory
