Job Description
  • Developing and Implementing Business Plan and Strategies within defined market segments
  • Interactions with the Clients-new, existing to meet business objectives and Collection within designated Territory/Area
  • Identifying Analyzing new Market Segments new channels
  • To lead, drive, develop manage the sales team
  • To effectively penetrate the market in line with the business expansion plan formulating strategies for the region.
  • Development of Market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion schemes.
  • Developing the sales force for higher responsibilities motivating them for achievement of targets
  • Preparing monthly targets for various business units across region and allocating the same to the territory
Qualification: Any UG/PG
