Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a Zonal Parts Manager in the automotive industry. As the Zonal Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts departments in multiple locations within your designated zone. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and effective management of parts inventory while working closely with dealerships, suppliers, and other team members.
In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting parts requirements, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing strategies to optimize parts availability and minimize excess stock. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, ensuring pricing competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
As a Zonal Parts Manager, you will collaborate with dealership personnel to identify areas of improvement in parts sales and customer satisfaction. You will provide training and support to dealership staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell parts and accessories. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, resolve any issues, and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Diploma Administration or relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts management
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in using inventory management software
Ability to travel within the assigned zone as needed
