Core Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management
Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for affordable home loans in the zone while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes.
Identify and set up new locations
Partner with risk & credit teams to take necessary corrective actions and maintain quality of business portfolio.
Conceptualize and develop activities to enhance business volumes.
Retain and expand the company's base of customers across all channel partners and franchisee to ensure repeat business or referrals
Define the sourcing funnel and align with the team on ground lead generation activities to create a reliable network of DSA / Direct Sales / Builders.
Facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships with so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
Ensure branch productivity, sales productivity and overall employee productivity in the assigned zone.
Sales Planning and Team Management
Develop and build the team to high levels of competency and delivery taking into consideration corporate governance.
Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of business targets and profitability of the area
Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills
Industry & Governance
Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
Ensure a strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company
