Job role:
- The Zonal Influencer Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key influencers in the paint industry within Karnataka.
- The role involves developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the paint industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handling team of 7-10 TMOs.
- Responsible for achieving monthly business generation plan of all TMOs at the individual level
- Plan and Implement training programs for DGA's/TMO on Products, Schemes, Skill Developments,
- Consumer Pitching & Contractor Handling etc.
- Daily operational Reporting of TMOs on their plan vs achievement KPI and guide them to take corrective action wherever required.
- Driving Loyalty by handling different categories of Influencers through the TMO/DGA team
- Ensure TMO-wise monthly Contractor Participation as per the target
- Ensure TMO tracking daily
- Ensure each team member carries a healthy Lead Pipeline and takes proactive action in case of any gap in any of the team member's lead funnel
- Market visit with local TMO and DGA
- Ensure timely gift redemption of all painters/contractors of his division
- Work towards growth of DSA-tagged dealers
- Ensure effective scheme communication
- New Product Launch/Go-to-market plan execution at Painters/Contractor Point.
Influencer Identification and Relationship Management
- Identify key influencers in the paint industry within the designated zone (e.g., architects, interior designers, contractors, social media influencers).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with these influencers to ensure they are well informed about the brand's products and values.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement strategic influencer marketing plans tailored to the specific zone.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align influencer activities with overall business objectives.
