Job Description :

Ensure timely trainings to all employees identified for PIP to undergo

the identified trainings in collaboration with MMA

Ensure timely completion of all quarterly reviews for all employee in

the zone

To ensure employee engagement activities are organized at respective

regional/zonal offices in coordination with the CO team

To identify and maintain a database of CBMs and BMs who can be

transferred to other departments/business verticals when the requirement arises

To ensure regular reports are shared with respective RHRs, CBM, RM. Organize discussion with the stakeholders to discuss the same
