Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives within assigned geographic regions.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development or market expansion.
  • Analyze sales data, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue tracking, to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales incentives to stimulate demand and achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products, build brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the same industry or sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and market research methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic region as needed.

Skills:
