Job Description

Process Enhancements:

Increase market penetration by developing and maintaining good business relationship with key

channels

Acquire and manage profitable business relationships

Track deals logged in for approvals / disbursals to ensure total compliance to the sales process and

achieve required turn around time (TAT) and service standards

Manage, train, and develop a multi ethnic sales force Business Development:

Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing plans to increase business of the assigned

territory

Maintaining cordial relations across channels for implementing business strategies to achieve target

Team Management:

Implementing workflows to facilitate structured support in all areas and issues to support the team

Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process

operations and meeting of individual & group targets

Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and

motivates high performance amongst team members
