Requirements :1. Minimum work experience: 3-4 years, as a client solutions manager or an
Account Manager.
- Experienced in working on digital sales & client solutions across performance
marketing domains.
- Expertise in leading clients serviced on key digital platforms: Google AdWords,
Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Lead Management Systems,
Media Buying Platforms & Deals.
- Understanding of Paid, Owned & Earned Media & how its amalgamated for
building digital proposals.
- Understanding of organic mediums of online marketing- SEO, ASO, social
media.
- Must have previously led & managed a team dedicatedly.
Responsibilities1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals.
- Work with clients to understand their business objectives and target audience.
- Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement
- Creation of proposals & execution plans across all verticals- Paid, Organic, Social,
Content, Business.
- Defining SLAs for key clients and curating SOPs to meet those SLAs.
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build
trust.
- Responsible for managing revenue for key clients, as well as plan areas to grow
the potential revenue.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices and make
recommendations to improve campaign performances.
