Job Purpose
Support sales of the company through Retail finance and wholesale finance initiatives
- Support retail sales by ensuring:
1.1 Comprehensive finance support across all dealer locations by facilitating organized finance arrangements and aiding dealers in developing in-house finance capabilities.
1.2 Monitor finance penetration closely and strategize joint promotion activities with financiers.
2.1 Facilitate dealer inventory funding while nurturing relationships with financiers through regular meetings to monitor dealer utilization and ensure prompt repayment.
3.1 Strengthen relationships with financiers through regular visits, connecting with both local and regional contacts for enhanced support.
3.2 Monitor and review performance jointly with finance partners at zonal/regional levels, aiding RO/ZO teams in local partnership establishment with financiers.
Monitoring And Control
- Monitor disbursal TAT for various financiers to ensure timely dealer payments, while tracking and communicating changes in credit policy norms.
- Oversee INF rates, tenure offerings, and inventory funding aging weekly, acting as a liaison to clear funding overdue between dealers and finance partners.
Market Feedback And Competition Strategy
- Visit competitor dealerships to gather finance scheme information. Evaluate MSIL offers against competition to plan competitive finance schemes.
- Monitor disbursement TAT, schemes, and payouts for competition/DSA/DMA/DST.
- Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance Digital Finance
Platform Promotion
- Promote MSIL's Digital Finance Initiative Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance (MSSF) amongst MSIL Dealership and Finance Partners.
- Uniform MSSF platform adoption across Channels & Dealer Network
- Onboarding on New Dealership on Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance (MSSF) Platform
- Implementation of Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance SOPs across network
Manpower Grooming & Development
- Finance Manpower adequacy in Dealer Network
- Training & Development of Dealer Finance Manpower on MSSF
- Developing Dealership Manpower capability to sell finance through MSSF Platform
Monitoring & Performance
- Driving Logins & Disbursals through MSSF portals
- Tracking change in Dealer inhouse finance and earnings due to system adoption
- Supporting to dealerships to handle technical issues faced by customer and quick resolution
Competition
- Tracking Digital initiatives by launched & marketed by competition to counter Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance Portal.
Skills And Knowledge
- Candidate from banking background
- Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Awareness about Financial terms, meanings and their impact on economy
- All educational qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC Approved Institutions*
