Experience: 2+ Years in broking business or multi-channel service industries or Client Servicing and relationships with Sub-brokers, IFA's, Direct Clients.
- Responsible for Sourcing & Acquiring New Franchisee in his Region from Broking Background through his team.
- Managing all the existing franchisee across his region and ensure the Business Development of all the existing franchisee. Appoint & manage his team.
- Capability Development of self and team
- Ensuring the alignment of all operations activities to the commodities business plan
- Constant improvement of operations processes

Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA Marketing, NCFM all modules
