About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Applications Specialist to join our team. If you have experience implementing, managing, and optimizing Zoho applications, this role is a great opportunity for you to contribute to our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic administrative functions such as user account maintenance, generating reports, and creating dashboards.
• Design and manage user groups, attribute roles, and access rights, and define sharing and viewing rules.
• Develop and implement workflows, schedules, actions, assignment rules, case escalation rules, scoring rules, marketing attribution, and segmentation within Zoho One.
• Collaborate with teams to design and streamline organizational processes using Zoho applications.

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate should have 2-3+ years of hands-on experience working with various Zoho applications, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics, Flow, Recruit, SalesIQ, Sign, WorkDrive, Forms, Social, Projects, and Writer, with a strong focus on configuration, implementation, and process optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3+ years of experience in Zoho application configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Zoho workflows, automation, and advanced customization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
