Our Company, a systems integration firm, is looking for a Zoho Administrator to lead our clients in implementing Zoho's business suite into their existing business structures.
Job Tasks
- Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms
- Configure and customize Zoho applications to align with business processes, including module customization, workflow automation, blueprint creation, and data management
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Zoho Deluge to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across processes
- Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, workflows, and reports within Zoho applications
- Collaborate with department head and stakeholders to produce a data dictionary to be used as the control center for all terms, formulas, and KPIs for the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and configuring Zoho One products, including Zoho CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, Creator and other related applications
- Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting to create and manage complex automation processes Responsibilities
