Job Description

Job Qualifications & Skill Sets:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a proven track record of YouTube channel growth
  • Strong video editing skills or experience working with video editors.
  • Expertise in creating compelling thumbnails using graphic design software.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B/SAAS marketing and its unique considerations
  • Proven experience with influencer outreach and collaboration
  • Proficient in social media marketing (paid & organic) and SEO best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with B2B/SAAS video marketing strategy and execution

Proven success in growing a B2B/SAAS YouTube channel

Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy & Development:

Define and implement a long-term YouTube strategy, including go-to-market plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored for YouTube's search engine.

Conduct in-depth research on your target audience and competitors audiences to inform content creation.

Content Creation & Management:

Create high-quality product videos that showcase the value proposition of our SAAS solution in an engaging and informative way.

Manage all channel content, including live-stream events, video editing, and social media promotion.

Develop eye-catching thumbnails that will grab viewers attention and increase click-through rates.

Audience Growth & Engagement:

Implement strategies to grow your B2B/SAAS YouTube channel from the ground up.

Increase subscriber base through targeted outreach and engaging content.

Develop and nurture a thriving channel community through effective moderation and interaction.

Influencer Marketing & Promotion:

Identify and reach out to relevant B2B/SAAS influencers to collaborate on product reviews and other engaging content.

Leverage videos across other social media platforms for further promotion and audience reach.

Oversee channel communication strategies across various platforms (blogs, social media, etc.)

Analytics & Optimization:

Analyze channel performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

Develop and manage the YouTube channel budget effectively.
