Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube channel strategies to increase subscriber growth, video views, and engagement while aligning with our educational goals.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling and relevant video content tailored to our target audience, ensuring educational value and relevance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience targeting within the educational space.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize our YouTube channels performance.
- Analyze channel performance metrics, including watch time, retention, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and drive results.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, feedback, and inquiries to foster community engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate YouTube channel initiatives with overall educational objectives and initiatives at Rocket Learning.
