We are seeking a dynamic and motivated YouTube Manager Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about digital media, video production, and social media marketing. The intern will gain hands-on experience in managing a YouTube channel, creating and curating content, and analyzing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the YouTube channel, including uploading videos, writing compelling titles and descriptions, and creating engaging thumbnails.
- Develop and execute content strategies to increase viewership and subscriber growth.
- Monitor and respond to comments, fostering a positive community environment.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize video discoverability.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to brainstorm new video ideas and formats.
- Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Passion for YouTube and digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of YouTube platform and SEO principles.
- Basic video editing skills (experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
