Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Business Development :
- Should have a network of connections with creators and should be able to onboard creators for the Non-Music department
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving approach for various day-to-day tasks
Content Strategy:
- Conduct research to identify trending topics, keywords, and content ideas within the channel's niche.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Complete understanding of trending topics and content streams
Audience Engagement:
- Manage the YouTube channel's community, including responding to comments, messages, and feedback from viewers.
- Foster a sense of community and interactivity through Q&A sessions, and audience polls.
- Monitor audience feedback and adjust content strategy based on viewer preferences.
Channel Optimization:
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for search visibility and click-through rates.
- Stay updated with YouTube's algorithm changes and best practices to maximize the channel's performance.
- A/B test different strategies to improve video performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor channel performance metrics, including views, watch time, subscriber growth, and revenue.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for content improvements and growth strategies.
- Prepare weekly reports for management, detailing channel progress and performance.
Desired Skillset:
- Proven experience in Business Development
- Proven experience in managing, strategizing and growing YouTube channels
- Deep knowledge of YouTube's platform, algorithm, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- SEO knowledge and proficiency in YouTube SEO tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ) is a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing trends and viewer preferences.
